According your manual i'm successfully patched DSDT.aml and delete HDAEnabler1.kext. Now sound works with Nvidia HDMI and Onboard ALC892. The popping sounds almost gone. Toleda, where can i find latest ALC892 AppleHDA.kext and will it completely solve popping in IDLE? Thanks!
