Hi, What settings/kexts did you use? What boxes did you check in Multibeast. What SMBIOS settings? Pro or imac. Thanks for any info.

I have the diamond USB card. It works on 10.8.2 except for the Optical out.

After I installed 11.1, my iphone was not recognized either... An hour later, my computer crashed and restarted. (It almost never crashes). After it restarted my iphone was recognized. Try restarting.

I made a machine using that guide, which ran two identical 9500 cards. Everything worked well, and it runs 3 displays 24/7 in a retail window, for the last 2-3 months. 4 displays worked, but I only needed 3. Also- rotation worked - which I couldnt get to work with a xfx 5770 card.

I bought two of these Rosewill's, and cant get them to work. The application tries to launch, but never does. I can see the USB devise on the network though. I'm running 10.6.7 I also tested one out on a real mac and it the app launched - no problem. Chris

So I figured it out. Tethering only works in 32 bit mode. Once I switched the stings in my com.apple.Boot.plist no more crashes.

I've set up a new system which works fine... GA-H55M-UD2 with i3 and two evga 9500 Videocards. (4 monitors). My network and everything works fine, but I want to tether to my iphone's data plan sometimes. It works for a while... but I end up crashing after a few minutes. Sometimes immediately...

I cant seem to find where that super speed port is though... tested my keyboard in all the different USB ports, and never had it listed in the USB Super-speed port. Anyone else try that. Arent those USB3 ports the Blue ones?

I just installed the USB3 Lacie Driver and it shows up in my profiler as USB Super-Speed Bus. Where to get a USB3 device now... Hmmm? P55A-UD3

I'm on 10.6.3 and couldnt get my iphone to sync even after removing the iousb Family kext. Was driving me nuts - but then I saw that apples software update had an "Iphone compatibility fix" (or something like that) I installed it and now I'm syncing! Yeay Chris :D
