I am getting the same errors; however, I don't have any external (or internal) server hardware. Searched other forums and found no solutions.

After update to 10.11.1, once I got video to wake up after sleep. All other times, I can still get video after sleep using control + ⏏. My graphics card is shown as 4800 in system report, not 4870 as it was shown in Yosemite.

Updating FakeSMC.kext eliminated all the watchdogd messages! I used Multibeast for Yosemite to install the latest FakeSMC.kext. I also removed the one I had in /E/E.
