After spending a long time trying everything to get High Sierra installer to show up, I finally just downloaded Sierra and tried installing that. Worked flawlessly. Not sure what was wrong with the High Sierra USB installer. Now dual booting Windows 10 and Sierra! Audio doesn’t work on macOS...
