If this is a clover setup, then I would deleting those kexts and run the sudo kextchaches cmd again. if it gives you no errors then try installing again. I had the same issues trying to install nvidia drivers. I learn this procedure from someone trying to install completely different driver...

have you tried ? sudo kextcache -update-volume / from the terminal window and delete all the kexts that come in error?

Never mind, I actually fix this error message. Turns out I had SMUUID did not match the system. I fixed that and cleared info in the CPU tab on Clover Config Utility and this error went away at startup.
