Found a possible bug with the kext
when I run
cat /tmp/AppleIntelInfo.dat
multiple times, more P-states are added
List of last lines that shows after running the last command multiple times:
CPU P-States [ (8) 16 28 30 34 35 37 38 39 ] iGPU P-States [ (4) ]
CPU P-States [ 8 16 20 23 24 25 28...
Using your method I got the following output (cpu is 4770k)
CPU Ratio Info:------------------------------------
CPU Low Frequency Mode.............: 800 MHz
CPU Maximum non-Turbo Frequency....: 3500 MHz
CPU Maximum Turbo Frequency........: 3900 MHz
IGPU Info...
I'm having the same problem except that safe boot does no good for me.
i've heard rumors that the ssd trim enabler might be the reason - can this be confirmed by anyone?
