Update: after upgrading to OC 0.6.6 all is fine now. Sleep, Audio, USB, Bluetooth perfect on Big Sur 11.2.1. Thanks to andomar and trs96 for your help! attached is my config.plist file.

With the serial port off sleep and wake was fine BUT, after disabling the serial port in BIOS the RME firewire(connected thru a pci card)makes this high pitch loud noise, and it's unusable. I am back with the frozen desktop after waking from sleep.. Any thoughts ? Thanks!

unfortunately, disabling the serial port,my RME Audio Fireface 800 doesn't work anymore, so I'm back to square one where if the system goes to sleep it freeze when it wakes.. any thoughts?

So I did the USB ports mapping, saved USBPorts.kext in the OC config.plist, but I'm still having the same problem.. hi andomar, I can't see where the serial ports in UEFI/BIOS are..help thanks

Success upgrading from Mojave to Catalina15.3! I upgraded Clover from r4938 to r5102,installed latest Alc,Lilu and WhateverGreen to clover/kexts/other.

Hi, i was having the same problem.Upgrading Clover(following this guide)to r5102 solved my issue.Also installed latest Alc,Lilu and Whatevergreen to kexts/other. Perfect install after that!

The driver needed for Line6 devices was outdated.. if you don't use Line6 products your issue could be something else... Did your read the entire thread?
