Can you open System Information and navigate to USB > Bluetooth USB Host Controller on your machine, and copy paste or screenshot the text? I suspect I may have a fake card with the wrong chips in it, because the Product ID seems wrong. Mine lists Product ID 0x8293 Vendor 0x05ac
