Yes it runs properly with HD4000 disabled, i made dsdt from the scratch, and now with main display connected to gtx670 it runs fine, but gtx670 wont wake from sleep, have to remove all monitors and connect main display to hd4000 to get to desktop. With main display connected to HD4000 it still...

why do you use patched kernel instead of vanilla?
install new kernel (bridge helper 5) remove dsdt remove nullcpu install interim applehda for ivy+nodsdt enabler

it doesnt work because there is no hardware acceleration, means framebuffer doesnt load, means you are using wrong boot flags (if you do use it) write down boot flags else no1 will be able to help you it can be found in boot.plist
