I have started hackintosh advanture since OSX Leopard or Lion long time ago. For me, hacintoshes have become sort of hobby after so many years. So the answer is not simple. It depends on the meaning of a word ”worth”.

OK, Folks. I deleted amfi=080 and put -amfipassbeta added in exchange to my config string and added AMFIPassbeta.kext. Before, Dropbox was constantly crashing. Now with -amifpassbeta it doesnt. But I cannot log into the Dropbox via an app from Hackintosh. Any advice, please?

Well, I got new monitor (2560x1440) and got the idea that GT 710 with native support under Big Sur would be a good idea. Had no idea, that it is slower than iGPU HD630. Thank you for help and good lesson.

Cannot start upgrade (smbios iMac 18.1) from Catalina to Big Sur. Cannot choose the partition on my ssd (nor any other hdd). The setup shows “BiErrorDomain Error 2”. Any advice, please?

If I remove RealtekRTL8111.kext from Library/Extensions my network card stops working. Had to put the file back there.
