Hey guys, thank you so much for all the help. The monitor works great and has been for a while. I wanted to ask you if you think this setup is possible. So I have the 980ti, 5K monitor, 4K monitor on HDMI and am thinking about getting a 4K monitor for the DP. Can the 980ti handle it? Thank you.

Hey, guess what. I got 5K but I do not have the retina resolution so everything is tiny. Why do I not get that option? Thank you for your help. not sure what I did differently.

Update. So I just tested that out. I'm posting what I get. The Mac is detecting two monitors instead of one. Also, the resolution on the screen is significantly worse on the dual DP than on the single mini DP at 4K. So I know its not 5K. Attaching the resolution panels to show the two...
