I tried doing it that way on a cloned version of my lion hack, but it actually does nothing! It loads some bits for about 3 mins, restarts, then it's back to the original, nothing different!

Did a full reinstall, tried again having gained a bit more knowledge, and it worked! You're a genius man! I think first time round it froze when trying to replace the original and who knows what happened after that, thanks alot though!

Hey wardo, I tried doing using the kext you uploaded however now my system wont boot and I don't know how to recover it, oops. I don't quite know what you mean by device ID, maybe thats what I got wrong!

Also, has anyone had issues with the boot resolution with this GFX card?
