I upgraded from a 120gb to a 240gb ssd. I did a dual boot system with win10 and mac os with 120gb each system. I used a program called "EaseUS Todo Backup". It worked well, but I had to do the process 3 times (maybe the instructions were not clear, or it's just i''m a bit.... ). Hope I helped...
