Unfortunately I do not have acces to a working Mac right now. My Macbook is with my wife on holiday. I believe I cannot use the CCV with Windows or Ubuntu. However I can read and copy the files from the USB installer with UBUNTU. Will it work that you tell me which file you are looking for.
