sometime speed up to 700mb sometime very slow to less than 100mb

hi i have tow ssd 250 gb KingStone https://www.kingston.com/us/ssd/consumer/shss3 and put it in raid0 the system in working good , but if the test speed of write and read not same! The number or read is mor than 900 mb/s but the speed of write not stable ! are that normal or are there problem ?

how many hard drive you have ? if you have 2 drives ( one SSD & 1T H.D.D) u must turn off form power 1T H.D.D ,then reinstall OSX ,after that installation all kests and drivers . last step : turn on the power of H.D.D
