For me, reopening or minimizing safari window usually helps. If you have an intel graphics you could also try disabling it, I didn't have this glitches without AirPlay support (Intel GPU).

Is there any way to fix it? Would using El Capitan kexts help, since it was working fine on 10.11.6?
