Try the NVenabler 64 kext. For me everything is perfect in snow leopard including hdmi audio, 1080p resolution and all 40" of my 1080p HDTV being used. Exactly like installing nVidia drivers on windows. THe only screen issue is during boot up which doesnt really matter.
Well I found my own solution. I had the NVEnabler 64 Kext saved so I decided why not try and use it. After I installed it and rebooted everything was perfect. The full 1080p resolution and the whole screen is being used.
I have a problem which isnt MAC related that I have tried searching for...
So now everything works in Snow Leopard I just want to get Chimera working properly so I followed the tutorial that sets the OS X HDD first in the BIOS. When I get to Chimera I know I have to select System Reserved for Windows 7 but when booting Snow Leopard will automatically boot and to get...

I selected Easybeast and it made a file org.chameleon.Boot.plist with Graphics Enabler Yes and it still doesn't work. The graphics card worked perfectly at 1920 x 1080 using the whole screen when i used the iBoot CD but as soon as I booted of the HDD it doesn't work.
Are you taking about this: http://tonymacx86.blogspot.co.uk/2010/1 ... -os-x.html
Are you sure this will work for GT 240. I will try it but if it doesn't work how would i uninstall the update?
Basically during the bootup i always have a black border and the full screen is never used. In Windows 7 once the nVidia drivers are installed the full screen is taken up and it looks perfect with the resolution and colours however the black border remains during bootup.
When I installed mac...
