mmm, I don't know, it worked for me with kext of el capitan version "HD5450 El Capitan 68F9 68E5 68e1_V7" in sierra perfectly, and this is my config.plist

so change it to 13,1 ,,,just try

try to change the SMBIOS to other one compatible with sierra , it worked for me when i changed it from IMAC 13,1 to IMAC 14,1

put the custom EDID in clover like that...

I upgraded from el capitan to sierra , and forced the custom Edid an ati injecting , and ati worked perfectly in sierra with el capitan kexts , here is the result

but , when i am not mark Inject EDID the monitor turn black, if I mark it the graphic works great

I think to enabling ati hd 5450 in mac os sierra ,it should Mark : inject idid -it's necessary- after inject ati with 0x68f91002 and Eulemur in the boot of clover bootloader, before all that the ati kexts of "el capitan" must be installed. with all this instructions ati 5450 must be work...

I'v never found a foxconn DSDT to make this changes , pls enlight me
