Well, My GeekBench score got slightly higher after upgrading to Yosemite, while NovaBench's got lower, which lead me to believe that I have a serious problem related to the GPU.
So, Basically I upgraded my GPU From a GTX 650Ti (NVIDIA) to a GTX 970 (NVIDIA SSC) and the benchmarks after the upgrade are the same as before! Even worse sometimes.
The problem started when I upgraded to Yosemite, after upgrading the overall performance decreased.

I'm having that too, tried /System/Library/Kernels/Kernel when booting and almost instantly the loading stops on System uptime in nanoseconds: "number". With a lot of kexts errors.
