Thank you for this guide, Elite2k. I've been sitting on Mountain Lion on this Motherboard for a while now. I took the plunge today and am now running quite happily on Yosemite.
My System Specs are:
+ Gigabyte Z68MA-D2H-B3 (BIOS U1B)

Hi MrFlame99,
Have you run MultiBeast? Running MultiBeast will allow you to boot from your hard drive. Without a DSDT you would choose EasyBeast. It installs all of the essentials to allow your system to boot from the hard drive. Some kexts are automatically installed to enable proper shut...
Re: Installed Win7 & cannot boot into Lion anymore
When you use iBoot, do you see your Lion Partition? If you do, instead of putting in the Snow Leopard DVD, choose the Lion partition to boot into your OS. Then run MultiBeast again from within Lion and choose to install the Chameleon/Chimera...

If you did boot into the OS after initial install, did you run MultiBeast before you shutdown/restarted?

If after several minutes you do not get past the grey apple...
Thanks,
I was running an install of Snow Leopard for about 6 months and always wanted to get rid of the 2 non-boot drives from Chameleon/Chimera. But I'd learned to live with it. It wasn't until I started messing around to install Lion that I thought I'd attempt to fix this again.

Was trolling around the TonyMac wikis and came across this page that's dedicated to the com.apple.Boot.plist:
