Got it! It works amazing with ACPIBacklight.kext and "Brightness Fix (ACPI 100)". I hope this could help someone in the future trying to go with a Lenovo Z500 or maybe with another close model :)
I forgot to mention.
Yes, I installed the kext. Used Kext Wizard: drag and drop the kext over installation space, select Install in System/Library/Extensions and install.
