Thanks annastefanos. your kext is working but there is some color issue, can you please suggest me how to resolve that ?

Facing Same issue with color, it will be resolved by using AMD5000Controller.kext only but my screen flickering without AMDRadeonX3000.kext. with both kext color issue. can you please help me with that ?
