Hey,

after Hours of testing and trying I got it! My Systems works just fine (My 460 GTX could be faster...)

But I installed everything on a small Backup HDD and now i wanna migrate to my main HDD. Is it possible to Move everything on the new HDD without a fresh install?

Greetings

Yes,
connect hew HDD into system, format as GUID and partition if desired.
Use Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper to clone your (small) DRIVE to the newly formatted drive.. Once clone, install Chimera (standalone) bootloader to the cloned drive to make it self bootable.

Same issue as OP:

I'm using MultiBeast 3.9.1.

-I tried using the Disk Utility in Mac. Didn't produce a bootable disc.

-I downloaded Carbon Copy and used it to copy old 320gb HD onto new 1TB HD. Tried to use MultiBeast on the 1TB after cloning was complete. I can't; MultiBeast won't let me. Error message says, "MultiBeast can't be installed on this disk. You can only install this software on the disk that is running Mac OS X."

My solution was to run MultiBeast from the NEW HD. That seemed to do the trick.
