Those are still third party drivers. From my two days experience I think the best are orginal Apple drivers patched by Zenit432.

This file fixed all my USB 3 issues, all my midi controllers now work in all usb ports, no more KP when unplugging a usb mouse.

goes in SLE iousbfamily/contents/plugins.

It was discussed in HP ProBook Installer 6 thread. I think here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/286860-genericusbxhci-usb-30-driver-for-os-x-with-source/ is the newest version of this kext. And this one is much better than previous version of this patched original usb3 kext. Previously putting ProBook to sleep caused unmounting of drive connected to usb3. With this one it's working properly.
