Been trying to get the Intel HD 3000 Graphics working on my build, i cant seem to get it.... everything else works. i use the

<key>Graphics</key>
<dict>
<key>GraphicsInjector</key>
<string>Yes</string>

But on says 64mb shared

specs
z68x-ud3h-b3 * i5 2500k * 16gb mushkin 1600mhz * Intel HD 3000 * 60GB mushkin SSD 10.8.2

I doing this because my mouse all of a sudden started to skip, but when i boot in clover it does not

i am using Chimera 1.11.1, but my mouse still skips...around some.....driving me crazy

Even my back up from first install ML 10.8, thought the motherboard was going bad but all other system works ok, W7, W8 ubuntu and ML with clover.....

anyone got any info.......

I have the same problem.

Before yesterday I used Chimera with GraphicsEnabler=Yes and everything was ok on my Asus P8Z68-V Pro + i5-2500K (ML 10.8.2)

Today I decided to update OSX and change bootloader to Clover.
I have tried many different ways, but the video has not worked.
For some strange reason Clover defines my Intel HD3000 as HD2000 with 64mb VRAM and I have no QE/CI.

Anybody knows how to fix that?

I have to say this is driving me crazy to–– if I boot from chameleon I can get HD 3000 working fine. However, when trying clover it gets recognized as HD 2000 and everything is messed up, no kext loaded.

Any thoughts on how to fix this? I tried the intel inject true option with no luck.

toleda gave you a great link. If your system is correct via the link then ensure BIOS settings compliments the same.

You have to use FakeID to inject a supported device-id, or use DSDT patches to inject device-id. Clover has no direct support for HD3000 desktop and OS X has no native support in AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext.

You can see the DSDT patch required here: https://github.com/RehabMan/Intel-DH67XX-DSDT-Patch (dh67gd_igpu.txt).

To use FakeID, set config.plist/Devices/FakeID/IntelGFX=0x01168086.

Thanks for the advice! I've tried the fake ID you've specified with no luck unfortunately–– I could try the DSDT route, the only thing is that I'm using a b75 board (I've already patched AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext correctly to get the HD 3000 working). Would the fake ID be any different if using sandy bridge graphics on an ivy bridge board?

Alright well, the result is a bit different now with the fake ID... system begins starting then everything gets totally garbled before the boot can finish.

Did you set the resolution of the bootloader to your native display resolution?
Do you have config.plist/Graphics/Inject/Intel=yes?

Maybe you should post the config.plist you're using?

I've done both of these with no luck. I'm attaching my config.plist, I've just removed my serial number for this post–– any help would be appreciated!
