I have a 210 that the DVI port doesn't work but the HDMI did and I didn't test the VGA.

I use this entry in my com.appe.boot.plist and i put my extracted evga 210 passiv rom in /Extra:
<key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
<string>Yes</string>
<key>VideoROM</key>
<string>10de_0a65.rom</string>
<key>VBIOS</key>
<string>yes</string>
Solved!!!
