AMD Radeon HD 5450 on Yosemite 10.10.2

I've followed the installation guide here and did a clean install of Yosemite 10.10.2 today. Installation went very well but I can't get my graphics card (Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 5450) to work. I've tried many guides on the internet all day but nothing worked. I've installed modified kexts because I couldn't manually change the AMD5000.kext because there wasn't a info.plist in it. I booted up the modified kexts with GraphicsEnabler=Yes and -v (even GraphicsEnabler=No, AtiConfig=Eulemur etc.), when booting up it ID'd the card but it froze at Missing Bluetooth Controller Transporter. I've tried the fix with the command line but it also didn't work. Is there anything to do to get this working? :-/

EDIT: Finally got it working. Apparently 10.10.1 Kexts don't work with 10.10.2, and info.plist is hidden in the default AMD5000Controller.kext. I set to view hidden files and folders through Terminal and manually put the device ID in to AMD5000Controller.kext and AMDRadeonX3000.kext that comes with the 10.10.2 installation. And it worked!

Where get 10.10.2 5450 Kexts ?

Not smart doing this, should have backed up.

Any one gotting copies of the Radeon 5450 Kexts from 10.10.2 upgrade ?

Tried the fix from FoxyDL above but that didn't work, Reverted back to 10.10.1 until I can get a working copy of the HD5450 ketxs, Anyone have success using I'm Chameleon with Chimera bootloader

Hay sorry for late reply... I don't have the unmodded one :/ but I've attached the modded ones (AMD5000Controller, AMDRadeonx3000) from 10.10.2, I've only edited the device ID (IOPCIMatch on AMD5000Controller.kext and IOPCIMatch on AMDRadeonx3000.kext in AMDCedarGraphicsAccelerator section).

I think thats probably because you updated from 10.10.x to 10.10.2. I've read somewhere that usual method didn't work for someone who updated to 10.10.2 either.

you can try with the kexts I've modded though. (device ID: 0x68F91002)

btw you can just do a DSDT edit for the ATI Radeon 5450 card if you don't have a DSDT then compile one heres what you need

DSDTSE your vender ID and Device ID!

Open up DSDTSE search for PEG0 or PEGP or P0P1 [FONT=Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]I've done mine under PEG0 but yours maybe different.

copy and paste this under PEG0 or PEGP, or P0P1 once you done that make sure your Device ID and Vender ID is right compile again then drag your edited DSDT to the extra folder if your using Chameleon make sure you don't have GrasphicsEnabler=Yes in your org.boot.plist and you should have Full QE/CI and OpenGL. good thing about doing this is on every update you don't need to edit enjoy [/FONT]
