Got one of these today Gigabyte GTX 650 ti Boost. Set Graphics Enabler to No, downloaded latest NVidia driver, added to Boot.plist
Code:
<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string>darkwake=no nvda_drv=1</string>
changed system definition to IMac 13,1 then rebooted and all is well.

Hope this helps someone

Edit: Had an issue where with this card it took a solid 2 minutes for the computer to post. Ended up being a UEFI issue but Gigabyte had a bios update post 3/13 fixed it.

Hi,

I have a 650Ti Boost, too and when i plug it in my computer won't boot at all. It took yours two minutes to boot? Maybe i should try that.
I am using a 500w corsair bronze psu, are you having more power?
what was the issue with your uefi? I have a gigabyte ga-b75m-d3p with bios/uefi f4. Do you think i need to flash my bios to f6?
thank you in advance for your help.

Edit: flashed my bios to f6, installed the nvidia drivers, put in nvda_drv=1 and still nothing happens. No usb keyboard working on bios boot screen and no boot into chimera or mountain lion
