Yes, as long as you're running a MAC or Hackintosh with at least Snow Leopard 10.6.8

New Install: Used UniBeast, MultiBeast, and Chameleon Wizard. No DSDT or SSDT.

I had a few issues to work through via trial and error, but below is the final setup (experienced folks may recognize I need more to, but everything appears to be working fine), but I'll leave as is unless issues come up. But it's running really smooth..... for now.

Booted fine after UniBeast install of Mavericks 10.9.5

Mac Pro 3,1 (others more like my system wouldn't work... specifically, most noticeable was network)

These were in the Extra folder afterwards (not by me).
\Extra\modules\ HDAEnabler.dylib, Keylayout.dylib
\Extra\ org.chameleon.Boot.plist, smbios.plist

Installation on Asus P7H55 USB3 with Nvidia GeForce GT 430 2GB (1 GB shows in info) compleraphicsEnabler=Yes required for boot with -v bootflag for the first time. Graphics working fine. Sound needs to be patched. Backing up my system before further installation of MultiBeast.

Thank you!! Took a couple of days but got it working. 2 things that may help other people:
Since I have a discreet GPU (nvidia 640), I had to disable internal graphics in my BIOS to get past kernal panic.
2nd, after installing with MultiBeast my internet wasn't working. Since my mobo has 2 ethernets, I switched the cable to the unused jack, shut off my router for 30 seconds, turned it back on, and it was working.

how to install mac os 9.0.4 on hackintosh
 
Hi everyone. How update hackintosh from 10.9.5 to 10.10? I need copy mach_kernel (Darwin Kernel not patched) or fakesmc and replace this files after update? Or just download and install from App Store and reboot?

Hi, I'm in the same situation, whatever reference you look for "mavericks" in the "apple website", "app store", "mac store" ecosystem, it just redirects to yosemite no matter what.
I'm clueless, as I'm not sure if I can try it with yosemite.
