It's a half mini PCIE AR9380 card, model AR5BHB112. Compatible?

My source says no. AR9380 full size supported, but not half size.

Just bought Broadcom BCM94360CD from eBay- worked (almost) great OOB. Wireless AC 5ghz and Bluetooth came right up, and has been stable. My only issue is my Transmit Rate is low- from 2 feet away is 878, 50ft is less than 100. I have a new MBP that connects 1300 and ~900, from the same respective distances.

The only thing I see is that the Country Code is X3 (South America maybe?!?) I'm in the US. I've seen Toleda's guide on changing country codes from XT to US, but I don't know how to convert that bit of string to X3 to even attempt a X3>US conversion.

I have a new ASUS RT-AC68U, 5ghz band is set to channel 161, N+AC only.

OSX 10.9.4 / GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H LGA 1155 / i5 3570k. NO KEXTS installed. Just dsdt-free MB install. Did previously have a TP-link installed.

Broadcom BCM94360; 14E4/43A0

Any guesses? Its all a bit of madness- thanks in advance for any help!

Blackote, yoshi.15 or anyone else have the problem of AW-CE123H bluetooth being recognized but not being able to pair with Apple Wireless Keyboard or Apple Trackpad?

I'm using these 2 kext:
bcm4352.kext from toleda (wi-fi works!)
BTFirmwareUploader.kext from EMlyDinEsH (v2.5.2)

and even deleted:
Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist

I can see the bluetooth icon in the top bar, I can "Open Bluetooth Preferences...", but I cannot get the devices to pair!

Note: 9 series motherboard GA Z97N Gaming 5

I have an AR9280 mini half card working perfectly BUT I only get 34mbs down in my Hackintosh. The ethernet port delivered 50mbs down (until a power surge took it out). This card should give all of it. It sees the 5g signal fine. Card shows up as Airport Extreme—Atheros 9280

The antennas are 18" from the router. Router is NetGear wireless N w/ 2.4 and 5g.

I have an imac 27 at work and it gets 50+ down and also shows Airport Extreme—Atheros 9280. I'm a little miffed by this. I was considering an Azurewave AW-CE123H as a replacement but wonder if it would make a difference. Seems the AR9280 should deliver 50+. It's rated for 300mbs.

Any ideas?

Hi tamboozle,

I am not sure, it will work for you. I found some patches for AppleAirPortBrcm43224.kext,

some change the Country code to US. I would be happy to get rid of code US, because I would like to have the channel 13, you have. no solution for me till now.
