15 Year Old Kid Needs Help (GA-Z77N HDMI AUDIO)

Hello I'm a 15 year kid who has never have built a computer (hackintosh) until now. I got everything working expect the HDMI audio. I only get the audio from the green port and headphone jack. But I would really like HDMI audio. I've read the forums on how to fix but I really don't understand it. So if someone can help me out or tell me how to do it step by step I'll really really be great full. Here are my specs

Thanks for the quick response. I'm just gonna do a fresh install. Once I get to my desktop do I use multibeast to install the require kext plus the dsdt or just create the new "modify dsdt" and then use multibeast with the new dsdt.
This is what I check once I'm on multibeast user dsdt, without dsdt alc892, lnx2mac, then 1080p. Are these the correct kext to use for this build?

With DSDT ALC892; no audio until edited dsdt is installed.

First off thanks for your patience and your guides. I have been looking through the forum and I can see you are very selfless with your time.

I have just finished my first hackintosh build. I got onboard audio working out of the green audio jack on my MOBO and case. However, No audio out of GPU HDMI . I have been studying your guides but it says i require an ALC 8XY installed. I installed several different ALC 8XY audio codecs but when I do my computer wont do a clean boot (I have to boot in safe mode). So far I can only boot with VoodooHDA v2.7.2 for VT2021 which is not an adio codec on your list. Any guidance would be helpful. Perhaps there is a guide outhere for this mobo that i have not seen? If you can point me in the right direction I can take it from there.

Here are my specs:
Mobo: GA-Z77X-UD3H
CPU: I7 3770K
GPU: EVGA GTX760 2GB SUPERCLOCKED
RAM: 16GB Patriot Intel Master 1866MHZ
PSU: Cosair CX750
SSD: PNY 120GB
