Not working and I resetted my BIOS setup and re-did the steps.
I added my computer specs below my username.

Hey I did all what you said and I used "PCIRootUID=0 GraphicsEnabler=No -xIGPlatformID=01660003 IGPEnabler=Yes" it goes to the page with the Apple mouse if I click space it goes to the Apple keyboard page then space again i am at the page where you choose your language (Mouse isn't working for some reason) so I use my keyboard then I click enter on English and it freezes on "Install OS X" and nothing works(frozen). What can I do thanks!
Plug in a USB mouse (wired not wireless mouse) and restart, start over.

The PS2 kexts included in Multibeast are quite old (in fact, so old, no one knows the origin). So it could be a problem with (newer?) trackpads... I usually customize my Unibeast USB to have some of the ProBook drivers (including VoodooPS2Controller) just to have a better experience with the installer.

Talked to fast, I followed your guide, but now the mouse isn't working, I have to use " PCIRootUID=0 GraphicsEnabler=No -x
IGPlatformID=01660003 IGPEnabler=Yes " (-f doesn't work after boot0 fix) at each boot but it boots in safe mode. Trackpad isn't working as well as the wifi.

UPDATE #1:
Now the only not working things are the trackpad and wifi.

Mouse or Trackpad? If mouse, what kind of mouse and where is it plugged in?

For safe mode "stuck", run "sudo nvram -d boot-args" in Terminal.

After you use the ProBook Installer, provided you used the correct options for your hardware, you should be able to boot without any typed flags.

Not sure what you mean by "-f doesn't work after boot0 fix" "-f" has nothing to do with boot0 problem.

What WiFi card does your laptop have?

Did you repair permissions & rebuild cache? Are you booting from your HDD successfully or are you still using the USB? Did you try EC reset: shutdown, remove battery, remove AC plug, hold power 30 sec, put everything back & restart?

It is the trackpad sorry, how do I check the wifi chip model?

Did you try EC reset yet? Shutdown, remove battery, remove AC plug, hold power 30 sec, put everything back & restart. You should also be sure you are booting from your HDD (not the USB) and are booting with no flags. Use 'nvram boot-args' in Terminal to verify boot args are empty.

If you have a 4x40s and have not replaced the WiFi card, then you have an unsupported card. None of the 4x40s laptops come with a supported WiFi. You need to replace it with a compatible card. See the FAQ (in the ProBook ML forum) for more information.

Trying it now... AND IS THe Ar9280 a good alternative? for the 4540s?

Trying it now... AND IS THe Ar9280 a good alternative? for the 4540s?

It is one alternative. Read the FAQ and follow the links for more suggestions. For example, I believe some are searching out the new BCM cards that have 'ac' capability.

It is probably what I'll try to find when I get my 4540s next week...
