I'm new to this whole Hackintosh thing and I just installed Mountain Lion on my HP M8120n Desktop. I did the installation with GraphicsEnabler=NO as I updated my graphics card and the installer wouldn't boot. After the successful installation and the finished multibeast installation it was time for the reboot. My computer successfully booted without the USB but when it was booting the OS it froze at the System uptime in nanoseconds error. HELP?

Motherboard: ASUS P5BW-LA
Video: Sapphire Radeon HD5450
Audio: Realtek ALC8888S
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Memory: 6GB

It is caused by your MacPro5,1 sysdef. Change it to MacPro3,1 or remove AppleTyMCEDriver.kext.

Alright that seemed to do the trick but my keyboard and mouse aren't working now.

How are your keyboard and mouse connected? (USB or PS2?)

USB. I managed to log it, but right when I booted up into the desktop they stopped working. They won't even turn on (they're wired). I tried rebooting my computer, but no success

You might try booting with USBBusFix=Yes

Also try different ports...

update: They work at login but right when it boots up into desktop they stop

On the desktop, they won't even turn on. They just stay off. The keyboard and mouse are pretty much only functional at the BIOS and the login. Once the Mac desktop interface appears they shut down

FIXED IT!!! I booted with the flag EHCIhard=YES and that did the trick! Is there any way I can make this a permanent setting when I boot up?
