NOTE: I've fixed this issue returning the Crucial nvme and buying WD_Black SN850 which worked perfectly.

Hello. I have Big Sur in an Nvme and it's working fine but I've tried to update to Ventura via OTA, but when the system reboots then I get a Kernel panic, and it seems to be stopped in a NVME issue. IONVMEFamily.

I have a second drive for Windows 11, then:
Slot 1 M2: Crucial P3 (Big Sur)
Slot 2 M2: Western Digital (Windows 11)

I need help, please!

Motherboard: MSI X570-A Pro
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Graphics: RX 5700 XT
NVME: Crucial P3 500Gb

Second NVME physically removed from motherboard, and same error.

Where you able to see the "Install macOS" after installing OTA

It's possible than in big sur my nvme (Crucial P3) could be compatible and in ventura could be not supported?

I don't think so
It worked before right?

Yes, it's the drive that I'm using in this moment with Big Sur while I'm typing this text, I'm trying to apply the OTA update to Ventura and when the system restarts I can choose "MacOS INSTALL" and then begins to load lines, and finally I get the kernel panic of the screenshot. I'm out of ideas.

I don't find a lot of information about fix IONVMEFamily errors, I don't know what to do.
I bought this disk for macOs and it's working perfect on Big Sur but in Ventura doesn't work and I have some days to return it.

Just bought WD SN850

So where you able to get this booting?
