Hello guys. Sorry, I am a noob and didn't get how to enable P and E cores (or only P, it would be enough for me) to work? I have 1100-1200 single core and 16000 multicore performance. Tried to disable E-cores, but it didn't help. Not I have 1200/11000. What should I do to get 1800+?

If you're using an older version of BIOS, try upgrading to latest version.

I have latest. Maybe I did something wrong during setup. What exactly do I need to do to make it works?

So, I think I did something wrong, and because I have very similar hardware to this build I just took EFI from this build and reinstall. Now all cores work as expected. Thanks a lot. But I have these warnings. Should I do something?

If you upgrade to latest version of OpenCore, these warnings will disappear. Just below NOTE 5 at the top of Post 1 you will find a link to the procedure:

Thanks. Sorry, few more questions. I can't load to Windows from OpenCore Boot menu. When I select Windows, I can see black screen and that's it. (But I can load to Windows if choose Windows drive (I have separate drives for Windows and hackintosh)). Also, sleep does not work. Can I fix it somehow? Can I log in into my Apple ID? I'm new to hackintosh. Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions.
