I had all your problems until I used the EFI of post 79... don't forget to press the space bar several times during the boot to display the installer. I made the same mistake, I'm a beginner!!! step 1 boot by pressing space bar and remove NVRAM and step 2 boot by pressing space bar and install...i have a z490 system thats work all of them. i cant anymore, i tryd sooo much. please help for this z690

Welcome to the forum. I think you should read my post one first. The EFI you're using doesn't make a ton of sense.
Along side that, you should start with the EFI attached. It has a random serial number on it so you'll need to come up with your own once you're in. Be sure not to login to iCloud until you've done that. Again, read post 1 over and over.
You'll need to read my USB section as well and edit accordingly. It seems overwhelming at first but take your time and try to have fun.
To edit this you'll need Open Core Configurator set to 0.8.0.

If my gpu is installed and follow your guide, will it still work? I don't mind gpu not compatible on Mac side but when I boot up windows side, if it works 100% that should be fine
