Your Video Card isn't currently supported, neither are the onboard intel graphics. You can start to check hardware limitations here and then do more research as needed.

While your CPU and CPU integrated graphics is supported, the fact that you are using a 500 series motherboard means that the CPU integrated graphics still won't work properly (no graphics acceleration), and as mentioned the RX 6500 XT is not currently supported.
To run MacOS properly you have to either :
(1) get a supported graphics card such as RX 560 / RX 570 / RX 580, the RX 5000 series, or the RX 6600 / RX 6600 XT to replace your card, or
(2) replace your motherboard with a 400 series based on Z490 / H470 / B460 and use CPU integrated graphics (remove the graphics card in such a case).
If you can't do either of these then I would say just give up for the time being.

I removed the video card, and replaced the motherboard with an Asus ROG Strix Z490-I Gaming. Installed the system, but wi-fi and blue tooth do not work as well as the front headphone output

Other than those problems does the graphics work with acceleration? If so the first main problem is resolved.
I don't use WiFi/Bluetooth so perhaps others with experience can chime in.

Intel Wifi kexts are working fairly well for me.

For Audio test out AppleALC.kext and test different boot arg. alcid=X. X being a number 1, 2, 3 etc. Boot Arg. alcid=1 is the most common entry.
