Maybe you insert patch in wrong place. Because I've used hex mentioned below. Have a nice update!
Tried on HUANAN x79 with b75 and it works too!
Could you show EFI for your B75? I passed the kernel panic due to UNC0, but I still can't get the system to boot (stuck on a black screen, but the problem is not in Navi). At the same time, Catalina starts successfully

I asked my friend for sending me efi folder. He applied this patch and got boot installer. He is using RX580. The config looks ok so interesting why are you getting black screen

Please try to boot without ssdt

Вы добавили agdpmod = pikera в качестве аргумента загрузки?
I own Navi for a long time and tried to run it with different parameters. Including, I tried launching with the natively supported Nvidia GT710. Black screen anyway.

I've tried various variations but no result.

On top of that, my Chinese nvme with catalina apparently commits suicide. What bad luck. With the help of happiness and some damn mother I managed to copy the EFI that Catalina starts. But the Big Sur stops on a black screen regardless of the videoadapter. I attach EFI in the attachment and the archive with the origin *.aml

Each time the log is different. At some point, progress reached a gray screen with a cursor, but then nothing changed.
I attach a screen from the last video.
I have tried different smbios. Therefore, the information in the logs may differ from the EFI folder.

hmm i got this on catalina with problem ssdt , ssdtprgen given some states which should removed manually. also check that virtualsmc is loadind. I think should try:
NullCpuPowerManagment.kext and FakeSMC instead of
VirtualSMC. I wist this will
help you.
