@esafeddie I might have missed something in the stream but if @cabal2000 has no sound, I don't think it's because of the ALC1220-VB. Using your EFI with he AORUS PRO, I have sound, although no boot chime. And the PRO also has the ALC1220-VB.

@cabal2000 Just thinking about it.... mine is all USB speakers. Im Not using any of the audio outs from the board. probably why my chime doesn't work.

Ok put the contents of this folder on the EFI Partition of a spare USB drive and boot off the usb drive and see what results you get - unfortunately this is a stab in the dark at the moment.

3D Printing a Bose type speaker system that goes under my monitor. Just waiting for a few more parts in the mail. Need to get the line out working!!!
