It won’t play on any iPhone or iPad, probably because the FairPlay DRM version that mobile Safari supports is different than the one on the website.
I guess it is a different FairPlay version.
I completely understand your way of testing. The point in my... point of view is that since the BitMovin test (the one I shared and to be honest it is the one most people visit as it seems to be using the latest versions of FairPlay) does work on Macs and on hackintoshes with certain GPUs (eg Baffin Polaris RX 460) and certain shiki-id Values for board spoofing (eg spoofing the MacPro board id) , but doesn’t work on hackintoshes with Polaris Ellesmere / Navi / Vega (at least with the configurations of SMBIOS’s and shiki values I’ve tested) means that there is still something wrong with DRM setup even with the iMacPro1,1 hackintosh SMBIOS.

I have no idea what version of FairPlay they are using, but it doesn't work on my real Apple made Mac mini either...
If this thing doesn't work on iPhones, iPads, and real Macs, how useful is it?

You do have a point, but it does work on my Late 2013 MacBook Pro.

On bitmovin.com, it doesn't work for me on hackintosh, iPhone, iPad, or real Mac mini.
On wiener-staatsoper.at, it works on hackintosh, iPhone, and iPad. I didn't test on my Mac mini because I put it back in to storage.
I don't think there's anything wrong with DRM. I think something is wrong with the bitmovin site.

wiener-staatsoper.at working on Safari but not working on Firefox. My opinion all stream test sites are problematic. Cause we are know all streaming services working with Firefox without any problem.

The above guy is talking about Amazon Prime. We all seem to be having the same issue where AppleTV(+) & Netflix on Safari work but Prime Video doesn’t. Also the DRM test stream sites (ezDRM, BitMovin) DO NOT work either.
Can you also test Prime Video and BitMovin. Unfortunately, if I’m not mistaken you will face the same issues.
P.S. for those wanting to switch over to iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS you should know that apart from being a completely different CPU and extra steps described in previous posts should be taken in order to have our CPUs working well and not wasting energy, Prime DOES work in addition to AppleTV and Netflix, but that doesn’t mean that DRM issues are fully resolved. If you try the BitMovin test it will not play

For me i7 4970 with hd4600 and and radeon rx 570 shikigva 16 work fine but if I want Netflix shigigva 80 freeze computer... with cpufriend and mode headless... anyone got a solution for this .. Thanks

As i wrote in the main guide, shikigva=80 also does not work for me with a i7 4790K CPU and Vega 64 GPU, It does not cause the PC to freeze but DRM content fails to play and Safari reports an error, like you shikigva=16 works just fine though.
The WEG developers have clearly stated that there are some known issues with DRM playback when using a Polaris based AMD GPU and that shikigva=80 still does not work on a lot of systems. The dev team are working on it so hopefully in a future release of WEG it will be fixed.
If DRM playback in Safari is important to you then you could try the iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS workaround as detailed in the main guide :-

It worked for me with i7 4790K and AMD Vega GPU but i'm not sure if it will work with your AMD RX 570 GPU due to the known issues with Polaris based GPU's, the only way to know for sure is for you to try it (be sure to disable the IGPU).
The best place to get up to date info on the DRM fixes in WEG and to ask the dev team about support issues is on the official WEG support thread.
