I am thinking about doing something very similar to this but not a fan of the case honestly, do you think the NZXT H210i would work for this build such as rgb, fans, and I/O ports? If not what would you recommend? This build is awesome thank you for sharing and your time!

That's exactly the case I use for my build! Everything works with it!

But the Fan-& RGB-Controller uses the USB2.0-Pin on the Mainboard. So, if you use an water-cooling, like me, you have to buy an internal splitter. I disconnected the Fan-Controller, because it is not possible to adjust it with MacOS. You need Windows. Once you did the settings in Windows and turn your PC off. The settings are resetted and you need to boot in Windows. Out of the box, the light is bright and the Fans are a bit noisy.

I would recommend the case... but the Fan-/RGB-Controller is useless with an Hackintosh.

I use the NZXT Kraken X52 watercooling, controlled by USB2.0. Fits perfect in this case!

Hey thanks for the guide.
I am having a hang up in the OS installation and I am not sure why.

I have tried a few times and every time I get this on my error log before it freezes.

: disk24s1 is not convertible to APFS: You may not install this volume because it cannot be converted to Apple File systems (APFS).
: Tried to remove quarantine bit for /Volumes/macOS Base System 1
: [default] Failed to open file <private> [2: No such file or directory]

I also attached a photo of this below.
I am fairly positive I followed the guide accurately. But hopefully there is something simple I am doing wrong, or maybe its a small difference in my build.

I found this thread after making a selection of components from the Buyers Guide. I’m having problems with the install. After selecting the USB stick to boot in Clover, the screen just hangs on Apple logo and nothing in the progress bar.
I see from the initial post that it says XFX graphic cards are not compatible but flashing a compatible PowerColor BIOS makes it fully compatible. I'm not sure how to do this. Can you help?

Recently, I meet with a problem, when plan YouTube DRM video in Chrome (only happens in Chrome). Chrome will use iGPU, and, after random seconds, it will cause a system freeze. Mouse can not move and screen freezes. Only working way is to do a hard restart.

Do you have any suggestions?

like what ? give an URL plz. I tried cobra kai, I supposed a DRM video ? with chrome no issue. I have same hardware you have.

0,1 max when I play with safari or chrome (no different behaviour), Fullscreen or not

I supposed it depends if you asked IGpu or DGPU to make the decoding. I asked DGPU to do both

@trankilou Yes, But I want to fix iGPU freeze problem. From this post (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...coding-instead-of-intels.277372/#post-1957651), macOS will make IGPU work in certain types of videos.

May I have your EFI configs? Really appreciate your help!
