I have tried putting latest Lilo, AppleALC, and WhateverGreen kexts in macOS Catlina - Data/Library/Extensions

or in kexts/other in EFI partition EFI/Clover/kexts/Other

Did you by any chance try the ones I compiled using more recent codebase version of each.

And put them in EFI ->clover ->kext ->other

Unable to boot into macOS Catalina Public Beta

What clover version are you using. Did you install macOS Catalina or still unable to boot into USB?? I managed to install macOS Catalina. I am currently using Clover 4942 because later versions crashes my sleep mode. But, I have tried latest version of Clover, and I have the same problem...

The only way I got WiFi and sound to work on a clean install of Catalina was to put all applicable kexts (all the kexts I added in L/E in Mojave) in the EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other folder.
As far as I know, the old method of installing kexts does not work in Catalina.

I’ve upgraded from mojave to catalina dev beta and lost sound. I used latest multibeast for mojave, my h110 have realtek 887 installed, reeboted and worked, now i’ve upgraded to public beta and sound still work

hi I am too having issues with wifi and sound have put the kexts in the other folder but the wifi and sound is still not working.

are you using the latest kexts?

For WiFi I had to add IO80211Family.kext as well

The problem is the file system is write protected and try as I might I cannot write enable it. It seams like Apple has protected the file system from beta 2
