Mojave 10.14.5 installation on LG gram 17 stuck

Hm. I check for updates, but LG Update Center claims everything is up-to-date. But when I boot with the new Clover, it goes into a boot loop, starts the OS (either the Apple logo, or a couple screens of text flying by that I can't read), and suddenly reboots.

Do you know exactly what LG updated that made the change?

Did you make any changes in the UEFI settings?

I got as far, in the end, as this screenshot shows

Have has anyone modified their UEFI/bios settings prior to installation of mojave on LG gram 17?

I've made my USB with MBR and Mojave+EFI for the 17 LG gram. Trying to boot but after numerous attempts, it the bootloader is skipped and gram boots into windows. The boot screen does not appear at all. Is there some changes to BIOS for Clover EFI to boot? Do i need to use clover configutor to customize the efi? Thank you rdmitry0911 for the clover.zip - i copied those files to my destination usb EFI folders under 'other'.

I didn't make any changes in UEFI. I've just made 19 updates as LG Update Center offered to me.
Here is how it looks like

In bios you have to disable legacy boot and enable UEFI boot. Then you have to put your usb device to the first place in a boot list, then save changes in bios. That's it. Your usb disk should be formatted fat32 and have EFI folder in the root directory with CLOVER and BOOT folders inside.

I also did the same 19 updates with LG update center so i'm leaning towards the USB being the issue. UEFI Boot = enabled, RTC WakeUp from S4 = enabled, SW Guard Extensions (SGX) = enabled. USB is set to 1 in order of drive list. Now i'm getting the boot loop as mentioned above. It goes to Clover boot screen but keeps rebooting after 3-4 seconds. Any thoughts ?

Make a picture at the point where it goes to reboot. How the screen looks like at that moment. And don't forget to disable security boot from bios

It's difficult to take a photo unfortunately because the boot loop happens so quickly. Will try tonight. Do you do a hard NVRAM or PRAM Reset in order to boot into Mojave installation? Also any boot flags to insert?

Sorry for the delay in responding... busy weekend and week.

I don't have the same update numbers, but all the same updates. I wonder why the difference in revisions? That's weird. And yes, it proclaims I'm up to date.

I have a question... Are you booting plan vanilla? or are you using a special modified installer disc image? I should have asked that before... Also, I now wonder if my version of Mojave is an issue. What version of Mojave is on your install USB?

Edit: I should have added that my USB is the same one I used to install Mojave on my desktop. I swapped out the Clover folder on the EFI, though, which is the only thing I did to "modify" my install USB in the first place. the Vanilla install went swimmingly on my desktop, so I don't think the medium or installer is the problem, unless the version of Mojave makes a difference.
