Your kexts should be installed only to /L/E.

here's the list of kext I put in the L/E. only FakeSMC in SLE. what do you recommend to move to the SLE?

As per FAQ, all your "kexts you need" go to /L/E.
Never /S/L/E (As per FAQ, /S/L/E is only used on earlier than 10.10.x and earlier)

Just re-install all the kext via KextBeast .

FakeSMC_XHCIMux.kext has no application to your hardware (your chipset has no ECHI controller). Remove.
XCHI-300-series-injector.kext is deprecated. Use XHCI-unsupported.kext instead.
FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext not needed with WhateverGreen.kext. Remove.

No ioreg here. Please check your files before upload.

with the Lilu 1.2.8d4. it seems like take longer to boot into OS( mechanic HD). may not be a problem after I change to SSD in the future, but just what I feel.
