I don't understand 14.Install UEFI or Legacy Clover version using the USB (Install macOS Mojave Beta) as the target.
I've done everything correctly now I wonder does it mean I need to change install location and have to select Install macOS Mojave Beta?

UEFI is for newer machines it is a preferred setup for most users. Legacy mode is for older machines that don’t have UEFI support in the bios or motherboard.
When ruining clover app first select UEFI or Legacy mode then use the Install MacOS Mojave as the target (that is the USB).

The tonymacx86 guide states:
13. Download the most recent standalone Clover installer from the download section.
14. Install UEFI or Legacy Clover version using the USB (Install macOS Mojave Beta) as the target.

Your Asus H61c is considered Legacy. Therefore, you want to use/install this Clover Installer on the USB Thumb drive: Downloads > Clover Builds (Downloads menu is at the top, right of this page) > Clover Legacy Boot Mode v2.4k r4586.

If your latest BIOS is UEFI, then go with the UEFI version of Clover otherwise use the Legacy Clover.

It might work natively, try this.

Download Clover Configurator app. Go to top tool bar and select Finder then go to hard disks this will show drives on your desktop. Open it to use Mount EFI, use password then close clover configs. app. Click on the EFI drive icon on your desktop and open your clover folder. SEE pic 1. Right click on the configs.plist and open with clover configurator. SEE pic 2.

Go to boot section and uncheck nv_disable=1. SEE pic 3.
Go to Graphics and set Inject Nvidia. SEE pic 4.
Go to System Preferences and uncheck web drivers. SEE pic 5.

I actually had to remove Inject Nvidia to get it to work. If I left it checked I got a black screen with my GTX 670. I have not been able to load Mojave on my newer machine because of the lack of drivers. We should probably give up on Nvidia cards anyways as nothing but problems.
