johnryan, Even using the USB stick requires you place apfs.efi in it's drivers64UEFI directory. Multibeast does not do this for you. That process should have been done when you were creating the USB. By the way what version of Clover are you running? Have a look at this: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...h-sierra-public-beta-installation-usb.225520/

In-N-Out I think i have that correct, you can see in my screenshot that i have put apfs.efi in the EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI folder...is there something else that's missing?

this worked for me too gtx750ti.. with 10.13.3 drivers the system didnt even booted unless i disabled the nvidia drivers.. (ofc it looks bad).. rolled back.. works like a charm.. !! thanks..

PRO Tip: i had to uninstall the current drivers and then install the older by patching.. tried with the newer drivers and it didnt worked..
Did you manage to launch the GTX750ti?
I have GTX750. I tried installing driver 104, but my video adapter remains undefined by the system.
But with the drivers 156 it works, with bugs.

johnryan, Not if you follow those instructions. The only other thing that comes to mind is a kext or video card issue but your verbose error was pretty specific referencing an apfs error. You don't mention your system specs as is required in your personal info? Please do so.

I got the „Nvidia Webtreiber all Version update“ from the German website -- had to create an account but my profile was for an English user interface, so the Webdriver all versions app has English menus. It worked with the 106.pkg, and 10.3.3 is now much improved -- no spinning beachballs or lags. I'm feeling that with this earlier Nvidia driver, High Sierra is now very usable.

Would you mind uploading the english version here? I couldn't even get past making an account... Thanks in advance.

I'm getting the lag issue described many times in this thread. I tried to downgrade the Nvidia driver (to both .104 and .106) using the procedure in post 125. The driver installs OK, but when the system reboots it can't switch to the Nvidia driver. I get the native driver in 1280x1024 on only one of my screens.

I've seen other posts in this thread with the same symptoms, but no solutions. Any ideas?
Hi there
the problem is that we no longer have the option to repair permissions in the mac disk utility.
So let apple do the job for you, i.e download the combo update 10.13.3 and run it. it will do the job for you. then the .106 Webdriver will load.

you already have 10.13.3 installed
so first use the german Webdriver all versions app to install the .106 Nvidia driver.
reboot >Webdriver will not load
download combo update from apple > run it
>> .106 Nvidia driver loads, fully functional
be happy

btw i am on apfs file system

Hi, same problem than other users: LAAAAG.

Got the „Nvidia Webtreiber all Version update“ in English version, downgrade to *.106.pkg but didn't take the drivers. It is like choosing "Default Mac OS Graphic Driver".

I opened the app, choosen "Reinstall Webdriver", *.106.pkg, restarted the app, choosen "Existing Webdriver Patching", but the next step "Correct permissions" is not there, just the app closed and I restarted the Mac. I saw the Nvidia Webdriver is installed (*.106.pkg) but like native graphics.

I don't understand. Can anybody help me, please?

Try #122.

Make sure you edit the Info.plist of NVDAStartupWeb.kext (/L/E/) and change NVDARequiredOS for your build version.

You could try the script from here. Install 104 driver:
Code:
sudo webdriver -c -u https://images.nvidia.com/mac/pkg/378/WebDriver-378.10.10.10.25.104.pkg
or alternatively install 106 driver:
Code:
sudo webdriver -c -u https://images.nvidia.com/mac/pkg/378/WebDriver-378.10.10.10.25.106.pkg
After installing change NVDARequiredOS for your build version and update caches:
Code:
sudo webdriver -m
No need to repair permissions.

My GTX 750 is not detectable.=( I do not understand what I did wrong.

Solved. It was fast and perfect. Don't seem to have lag anymore.

Thank you very much.
