New Coffee Lake Intel Core i7 8700K works fine in Hackintosh?

Hello guys. Are we at the end of October and today it is already known if this new Intel Core i7 8700K processor works well in a hackintosh? On which motherboard will it work?

I found a few mentions of working builds with i7 8700k and 8th generation i3
 
Hi, I have an Asrock Z370-Extreme4 Motherboard with a i7-8700k and a GTX1080 GPU.
Running fine with 10.12.6 (Sound, CPU Throttling, Sleep, Shutdown, Restart).

This motherboard is a new generation 300 series motherboard that supports the new Intel Coffee Lake processors? They said the 200 series motherboard does not support the new Intel Coffee Lake processors very well. The 200 series does not have the same performance as the 300. Is this true? This Z370 Extreme4 card is a 300 series? Sorry for my ignorance, I'm new to this subject. Thank`s a lot! Regards!

yes, it is a 300-series motherboard. I chose this particular model as it has 8 internal sata ports (6 +2) and not-too-much LED fancy lights
 
It's a more high-end board, the one I have is cheaper. I guess the one you pointed is more overclocking-oriented.

The 200 series motherboards are NOT compatible with the Coffee Lake CPUs. To use them you need a Z370 motherboard like the one the OP has or the Gigabyte board you mentioned.

Hey Renegade,

I have the same exact setup as yours but can't get past the clover boot screen :( Have you ever encountered a row of plusses (+++++++++++++++++++++++++) right after you choose your boot drive on clover? Also, would you be able to share your clover EFI folder to see if it might work for me?

Hello. My friend will assembly my Hackintosh today (12/23), with i7 8700K and Z370 Aorus Gaming 7 Gigabyte mother board. Let's see what happens guys.
