Haha.. not sure. I'm not actively using ibooks or itunes so I'm not using icloud stuff. It probably would need to be addressed if I needed it more. I finally figured out the power management issue. It was a very basic solution- in maciasl, I needed to save out the dsl as an aml file. Ugh. I don't know how I missed that in rehabmans guide. I think the laptop directions and then custom options were confusing me. I just needed to read it section by section. Now that it works, is there anything I need to do to monitor power management stuff? Or its just fine as is?
Looks like I've addressed everything that I need to address for the meantime though. Been doing after effects work on the machine all weekend and its flying along just fine Looking forward to doing some 3d stuff. Do you have recommendations for overclock settings? Think I'd like to give that a whirl this week.

If you have a brand new setup, I'm not sure how you could have iMessage working properly... Unless you somehow cloned S/N, etc.?
But, if iCloud, iMessage, etc., are working normally, I suppose you don't need to do the iDiots Guide to iMessage bit...
