So your switching boot in Bios between Sierra and Windows?

FCPX crash Fixed 10.12.2!
  • Change SMBIOS definition to MacPro 5,1
  • move or delete (backup) AppleTyMCEDriver.kext from S/L/E
  • Two cards injected (AMD+Intel) normally , without choppy UI and any lags
Sorry but this solution not working for me. No Final Cut Pro, no iMovie and no Motion. Logic Pro X works fine.

nothing, I only edit photo using RX480 in Sierra and GTX1080 for gaming in windows10, so I am quite satisfied :D
Hi,
Are you using GTX 1080 as helper GPU for RX480?

Hi,

I think since he is using 1 display that he's switching the display cable from Nvidia to ADM depending on if macOS or Windows boot.

I did see a video where it is possible to use ADM and Nvidia card together to run some Direct X12 games in Windows.

Yes, however since the 1080 is not supported so you can only get 32 bit color with the RX 480. If you have an old Nvidia or AMD card that gets picked up in sierra with 30 bit color you can get 30 bit on the RX card.

By tweaking your clover settings you may be able to get 30 bit on the RX which would help in newer open CL programs.

Does it work well in Windows with both cards?

Your the authority here and I'm wondering if I have to modify anything in the latest Sierra up date for the 460 when it shows up.
I know I need to modify for the 480 I put in a while back.

Of course, I just don't need rx480 in windows but it works well if plugged in. Actually I installed both drivers. The reason I keep rx480 in pci-e x4 is that the 1080 could run at 16x. Peg first is set in bios and I never change it. The dp port is free to plug, due to only one monitor.

Did not work for me either.

EDIT: more specifically, final cut pro crashes immediately upon opening. Also, Valley benchmark runs at 3 - 7 FPS.
