UniBeast: Install macOS Sierra on Any Supported Intel-based PC

STEP 1: Download macOS Sierra
The full operating system is a free download for anyone who has purchased Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Lion, or Mountain Lion or has a Mac preloaded with OS X Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan, or macOS Sierra. Download the Application from the Mac App Store using your Apple ID on any Mac or functional computer running OS X 10.7.5 or later.

1. Open Mac App Store
2. Log in with your Apple ID
3. Download macOS Sierra

The Application Install macOS Sierra will appear in /Applications.
Unfortunately it doesn't work on "too old" hardware. My Mac Mini from 2009 is not able to download Sierra, due to unsupportness of hardware.
May it were worth of linking the installation process for El Capitan for a new hackintosh, downloading Sierra there and re-build it on Sierra (that's my actual plan) ?
Another workaround may be, to install a tool that changes internal hardware description to male the old one as supported.

Hi Guys, the unibeast crash after a few minutes and apparently does not work with the osSierra 10.12.1
any help around this?.
thanks!

Hello all!

This week-end I managed to follow up this topic and install Sierra on my computer! Thanks everyone for the tuto!!!

Anyway I have a small issue : the sound is not working on my new installed mac... Could you please advise (I guess this is a MultiBeast setting)? I am using the sound output from the MB (and it is working under windows).

My config :

- Mainboard = Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5
- CPU = Core I7-920
- HDD = Samsung SSD
- RAM = 18 Gb DDR3
- Graphic = MSI Nvidia GTS250 (1 Gb VRAM)

Thanks in advance for your help!

Your motherboard's User Manual has the audio chipset listed in the beginning of the Manual in a gray table, if your motherboard's User Manual follows Gigabyte's other User Manuals.

Are you trying to create the installation USB thumb drive with UniBeast? Or are you using the UniBeast created installation USB thumb drive to start the installation?

At the moment of search the USB, UniBeast say me: "UniBeast installation requires a HFS-partitioned removable disk with at least 7 GB free" but I do all the things written here and my USB Is 8GB. Anyone know how to solve it?

Actually, after formatting the USB thumb drive, you'll need about 7.6+ GB free. Maybe your USB thumb drive doesn't have enough formatted space for UniBeast to create the installation USB thumb drive. I use SanDisk Cruiser series. If you have to get another USB Thumb drive, then get a 16GB one to be safe.
